Users have the right to exercise the right of access, rectification, blocking or deletion of personal data that have been provided to the website personally or through a third party. It is clarified that these rights may only be exercised on information that may be considered personal data under the terms of Law No. 25,326.

To exercise any of these rights, the User must send an email to info@troopart.com detailing your name and surname, ID number, your request and reasons for exercising your right. Once fulfilled with the previously detailed extremes and if it corresponds to give place to the order, TroopArt will communicate to the User if it has proceeded to give place to the same one or if it rejects the order. TroopArt will have 10 working days from the reception of the request to send an answer in case of an access request, and 5 working days if the User requests the rectification, update or suppression of his data.

Likewise, Users may at any time request the cancellation of their application and the removal of their account from the database, by sending an email to info@troopart.com requesting their removal from the database or application.

TroopArt guarantees its Users that it will use the data within the guidelines established by the law 25.326 of personal data protection.

In the event that the data are required by the corresponding legal, administrative or judicial channels, TroopArt will be committed to disclose them to the requesting authority. To the extent permitted by law and procedural rules, TroopArt will inform the Users about these requirements.

By registering on the website and becoming part of the general customer base, Users agree that TroopArt may contact them by mail, telephone or e-mail to send information that is considered, in its sole discretion, that may be of interest to them, including advertising and information about offers and promotions. In case the Users do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, they will be able to manifest it reliably to TroopArt, who will proceed to interrupt this type of communications in the shortest time possible.

The owner of the personal data has the right to exercise the right of access to such data free of charge at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is evidenced to that effect as provided in section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, the controlling body of Law No. 25,326, is responsible for dealing with complaints and claims filed in relation to the non-compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data. The personal information that the Users enter in the website will be treated confidentially and TroopArt will make its best effort to protect the privacy of the same, in accordance with the provisions of the law 25.326. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User must take into account that the Internet is not an impregnable medium in terms of security.
